For “Kiss the Future” EP

IDJ

"Featuring the vocals of Simone from MamaShamone, who sounds uncanilly like Lola from Spektrum, "Kiss the Future" is the work of London based Portuguese producer Filipe Galante. A fast paced electro workout in its original vocal version, it stands well as an instrumental...On the flip, Pingpong is a more controlled slab of bouncy techno, which Monoroom re-works into a superb slow burning, shuffling minimal groove".4/5

DJ Mag
"New wave electro it may be but there is nothing affected and artificial about Filipe Galante's "Kiss the Future". It's acidic, it's funky, it's crunchy and best of all Simone's vocals are catchy as the clap. Meaning it will work well beyond the confines of Shoreditch. Flip over for a couple of deep and trippy tech housers." 4/5

“The best track here is the original mix of PingPong. Will give this a play out.” 9/10

For “Electric Shock” EP

DMC Update
"Hailing from Portugal but chomping out of Shoreditch, Filipe Galanta has a swings and roundabouts situation in that he's just remixed Freddie Mercury but has managed to thrust forth four tracks of grungy technological electro-boogie pressed on green vinyl. it's another where the spirit of Giorgio Moroder riddles the riffs - decidedly electro-clash on the title track - while the sleazed-up 'On The Rocks'  boasts mad synth acrobatics." Kris Needs 4/5

For Freddie Mercury “Love Kills” PIXEL82 Remix

DMC Update
"On the flip PIXEL82 has the guts to properly get to grips with the song and turns it into a edgy yet poppy electro anthem, the result is a shockingly relevant mix that truly clicks with the legend’s original delivery…"
